Meet the Team: Jeremy Creekmore

Introducing Jeremy Creekmore, who heads our new clinic in Aiea. Jeremy shares his experience with mental health as a combat veteran.

Dr. Jeremy Creekmore is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He received his Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Arizona, and is currently in private practice. Dr. Creekmore works with patients across the lifespan, having a diverse array of psychiatric diagnoses.
